Covid-19 Phase 3 of Alita Tile Reopening

Showroom is open by Appointment Only:

Alita Tile values the health and well-being of our customers, employees and vendors. Due to Covid-19 -many businesses have had to close their doors to keep everyone safe including us. In response, we have developed a 5 Phase Strategic Plan to reopen. Alita Tile will do our best to keep everyone safe during these difficult times, while continuing to provide stellar products and customer service. We will keep everyone up to date on any changes that may occur.

Scheduled video Consults available (An experienced member of our sales team will provide a virtual tour of the showroom and support you in finding the tile that fits your needs).
Alita Tile Team Members
- Maintain Social Distancing
- Must be wearing a mask
- Wash and sanitize hands/gloves thoroughly throughout the day
- Everyone has their own station for the day (please do not use other team members stations)
- Sanitize your station before you start and before you finish for the day
- Sanitize bathroom before and after you use it
- Sanitize main work areas throughout the day
- During Phases 1 to 5 We will not be able to take cash as a form of payment

Showroom open by appointment only
- Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Employees and customers must be wearing a mask
- 2 people max per party
Scheduled Video Consults available
- Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Pickup hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Receiving hours
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Deliveries
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No weekend deliveries
- Garage or curbside only.
